Cancellation Policy
Classes require full payment at time of registration. Classes must be cancelled at least 7 days in advance in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 7 days in advance will receive no refund. Please call if you need to reschedule a class and we'll do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee that there will be an open space in another class. Last-minute cancellations keep other students from enjoying our classes. Thank you for your understanding.
Village Studio Arts reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class based on low enrollment, weather, or other extenuating conditions. If Village Studio Arts cancels a class, a refund or opportunity to reschedule will be given.
